SHARKS BRAAI SPICE
500g salt.
100g Garlic salt.
100g meat tenderizer.
60g BBQ spice.
50g Black pepper.
200g Ina Paarman braai and grill spice.
200g Ina Paarman meat spice.
Mix it all together and use as desired.
If you can get all the spices from Ina Paarman all the better.
The spice is a bit on the expensive side but worth every cent.
