Hi Wilsur,

i see you have joined this section and asked the webmaster for some help.

im not sure why you are experiencing problems. with Google chrome its as easy as drag-and-drop.

If you are using an older browser, like Internet explorer, you may want to resize your file upload sizes to 2mb.

as i recall having a discussion with their webmaster about this.

Alternatively, Caravan Customer support is VERY helpful. and if you should need an issue resolved you can always call them. similarly you can ask away here.

how to use this website's features

Hi Rodneyg, I am a member of many forums throughout many websites, and this seems to be standard practise. it seems this "community" is based off an early edition of Facebook - before their silly timeline for which i am not a fan of, however at least here things seem simple when it comes to photo sharing and video additions. i suppose also the Caravan team want members to sign in frequently and check for updates because after all it wouldn't be a community if people just came to look at all the comments posted and not have their say. personally i feel that when i have a question that i would like answered, people would kindly supply me with their comments and suggestions. In summary , and to keep it simple at your request, members always get more than visitors. I hope this helps. Your camping friend Quiksilver
